About

From searching for an opportunity to building opportunities for others

A first-person account of the journey, the values, and the turning points behind the ventures.

My entrepreneurial journey began with a personal problem. Finding a meaningful internship and gaining access to the right professional opportunities was difficult. I realized that this was not only my problem. Students, job seekers, and employers were struggling with disconnected systems, limited information, poor screening, and a lack of trust.

I started by creating a simple platform to help people discover internship opportunities. What began as a small initiative developed into InternSathi and later expanded into a broader employment ecosystem through TalentSathi, SathiJob, HireShore, and JagirSathi.

The journey has included uncertainty, failed experiments, difficult hiring decisions, operational challenges, and constant learning. It has also shown me that meaningful employment can transform confidence, independence, families, and communities.

Today, my focus is on building scalable employment infrastructure that helps Nepali talent access opportunities locally and globally.

Turning point

The biggest turning point

The biggest turning point was realizing that simply publishing vacancies and connecting employers with candidates was not enough. Employers needed support with sourcing, screening, assessments, coordination, and onboarding. Candidates needed better guidance, visibility, and access.

That realization changed the direction of the enterprise. We moved from operating as a basic opportunity platform to building a complete recruitment and workforce ecosystem.
